FBI and North Macedonia Arrest Alleged OLVX Market Operator
Quote:According to investigators, OLVX operated from 2023 to 2025 and became a popular platform for criminals seeking access to compromised accounts and digital identities. The marketplace allegedly allowed more than 1,500 seller accounts to offer victims’ personally identifiable information and login credentials. Officials said the site also facilitated the sale of phishing kits, remote desktop access, stolen data, and other resources used to launch cybercrimes.
Authorities also linked the suspect to ONEMILI, a Telegram group allegedly used to advertise software and services for cybercrime, including fraudulent refund schemes. The FBI said the marketplace directly endangered the digital security of thousands of people in the United States by making stolen account credentials and personal information available to criminals. The case underscores how underground platforms can connect data thieves, fraudsters, and attackers across borders.
