Potvrđujem da je websajt Vojske Srbije na adresi https://www.vs.rs bio nedostupan u to vreme... evo i screenshot-a gde se moze videti da je Home strana "Forbidden"...

sajt je jos uvek off iz inostranstva, mozda je se neko setio da ogranici prisup samo iz RS
